Besler Arts Building

The Besler Arts Building was acquired in 1985. The Besler Building has a long history of innovation. The building was built in 1923 and was the manufacturing site of the Doble Steam Cars.

The Besler Building is located in the heart of Emeryville. It is one of the first live/work loft projects in the San Francisco Bay area and has enjoyed nearly two decades of success. The Besler Building offers three floors of open loft spaces, ranging in sizes from 788 square feet to 1742 square feet. It is within walking distance of IKEA and the Bay Street shopping mall.
